Dr. Santangelo uses his hands to adjust the spine. The method of adjustment used in his practice is referred to as the Diversified Technique and Upper Cervical Specific. He also specializes in Extremity evaluation and adjusting. This includes wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle-foot, and TMJ.
